Koolmesh connects emergency luminaires over Bluetooth Mesh, so function and duration tests run automatically and the records are generated for you. The system meets EN 1838, BS 5266-1 and BS EN 50172 / BS 5266-8.

Users can set up automatic function tests and duration tests in the Koolmesh app or Koolmesh IoT platform, with manual activation supported on the app, to ensure that the luminaire circuits and batteries are in good condition.

Set the test schedule once. The system runs function and duration tests at the right intervals and logs each result, replacing manual walk-round checks.
Faults are reported as they happen, with the location of the failed luminaire, so they can be fixed before the next inspection.
